How do i get rid of it ? I always think people outside are about to attack me, even though i subconsciously know there is no rational reason why they would do that. It also makes me high inhib in certain situations due to me overthinking and thinking of the worst possible outcome. I also always think that people around me are always on the verge of betraying me or make secretly fun of me
