Im a lean person as it is, Ive been working out for a few years and have abs so im defined. I had a good jawline but the entire month of april i ate and drank junk food/soda and I didn't notice the effects it had. Normally it would give me acne but it didn't so I kept eating but now I feel disgusting. What do I do? Im trying HIIT cardio and dropping the junk food plus taking magnesium glysonate and other vitamins and minerals but will all of this work? Help
