How can I get rid of these wrinkles and eyebags?

I heard volufiline doesn’t work so I don’t know how I can get rid of these.

left one is Dennie-Morgan lines, which are normal. right one is naso jugal groove/tear trough, which is due to lack of fat under eye.

you can give volufiline a shot, there's very mixed discourse around it. But most likely hardmaxxing like filler or fat grafting is the only way.
