How can I get rid of water retention and look halfway decent while taking hgh and letrozole?

Lately, my appearance has really deteriorated—possibly due to these medications. I’m experiencing significant bloating and a lot of breakouts (even though I’m already using tretinoin and doxycycline). Could you give me some tips on how to get my appearance back in order while taking these drugs?

diuretics and/or caffine. Sauna maybe. You also need good sleep.

Hgh bloat serves a purpose. I wouldn’t take true diuretics just take some stimulants and sauna/cardio if insufficient for you lower the hgh dose

Mine isn't high to begin with (7.2 units)—that’s the dosage my endocrinologist prescribed.
My stomach isn't bloated, by the way.

Yeah that’s not that high yeah idk hgh bloat is just something u gotta just deal with. You can try lymphatic drainage with electric stimulation device and the things I already mentioned
