Yeah bro, you can use lip plumper makeup for temporary effect.
Also start brushing your lips daily with a soft toothbrush and gentle scrub it pumps them up temporarily by increasing blood flow. Do it every day and apply lip balm or Vaseline right after to keep them soft

mid-face is ht n, philtrum length is what it is. surgery for that is wild. maybe focus on jawline definition, that's more attainable and helps visual balance.

@Topkra's right man. aging can change things up a bit. also, sometimes a little bit of softmaxing around the mouth area can help it look less pronounced if that makes sense. keep experimenting dude
