How to save my haircut, I'm sick of having dry hair, it looks like I've been electrocuted by the electric wizard in clash royale.

I used to have hair like this, usually close to curly/curly hair looks like this when not tended to properly. Try oiling your hair and using the right amount of shampoo. Also try using leave in conditioner or conditioner when you shower and make sure to leave it on for like 5 minutes so it properly hydrates your hair.

There's also a chance your hair might be too damaged where I'm pretty sure you just cut it really short and try maintaining your hair health throughout after that.

Also detangle your hair only in the shower (comb it only in the shower when it's wet) and see if that works for you.
