How can I get taller at 16?

Im 5,10 and my mom is 5,2 and my dad 6,4 Id like to try and get as tall as I can because even at 5,10 my frame still feels small anything I can take to help boost the little growth I have left?.

Get a scan first to see if ur growth plates are closed or not
