Serious talk: From what I have read, several things promote growth (not all may not apply to OP but to anyone who wants to grow a beard).

1. Biotin. Consume a biotin pill every day.
2. Minoxodil. Preferably 5% extra strength. Apply 1 mL every day on areas you need hair.
3. Sleep. Get 8 hours of sleep a day. This applies if you want to improve anything involving your body, including mental and spiritual health.
4. Diet. Hair is technically dead proteins. Eat a lot of proteins and fibers to help digest it. Get off the sugar.
5. Skin care. This may sound gay for some, but if you don't take care of your skin you won't grow any facial hair well. Wash with soap and exfoliate your face (I shower before bed so it works for me). Lotion before bed. When you wake up do the same.
6. Brushing. Get a good beard brush. It will promote not only beard growth but it will promote which direction you want the beard to grow. Do this once a day. If it's long enough, comb 3-5 times a day. Be gentle with this process.
7. Don't shave it before 6 weeks of growth. You need to see how your beard grows.
8. Shampoo and Conditioner. Beard oil. You need to keep it healthy and moisturized. You also don't want flaky skin under the beard whatsoever.

36y thx daddy

Minoxidil 5%, 2 times per day. 6/7 days
The day off you dermaroll with 0,5mm and don't minox for 24h.

You do this until you reach your goal, then add 6 month more to secure and get every transitionnals hair become velus hairs in order to keep them permanent.

Beard growth gets easier as you get older, though Ricecels are the exception.

Also this is what I read. Never said this is what I did.

Heavy stubble is confirmed the best option for most average man. With maybe the only exception, of Chad with a Giga Jawline like Brad Pitt.

" - Women judged faces with heavy stubble as most attractive"
it was like a 2 week stubble:

* another study. showing females the faces of 36 different european men. Most of them likely normie tier faces.
Kinda same findings, as above mentioned, but a bit more indept. It also tested morped faces (more feminine and more masculine morphing of the faces).

This graph says it all basically.
Y-axis (vertical axis): shows the attractiveness rating
X-axis (horizontal axis): shows the morphing of the faces to more masculine or feminine, or unmorhped (the middle).

As you can see:
- heavy stubble on avarge always wins (the safe bet)
- light stubble is bad if you have a feminine (bitch) face; but if you have normie masculine face or masculine face it works perfectly also.
- full beard is good if you have a feminine (bitch) face or normie face; but if you have masculine face then somehow full beard doesn't work good.
- clean shaven, somehow is the worst one always (because no Chad jawline faces were in the sample size, since it's rare because most men faces not Chad).

For definition the use for what is: light stubble, heavy stubble, full beard.
See this picture example:

Another study, I read:

- The "full beard" results, on attractiveness. Is highly/significantly influenced, by how popular having a beard is by other men. When it's more popular it makes it somehow look significantly less attractive overall.
- Clean shaven, remains overall the shittiest on the attractiveness scale, no matter what other men do. Only does it become a little less shitty if alot off men go full beard.
- And the light stubble and heavy stubble, remain most attractive looking. No matter what.

as an example case.
I feel ryan Gossling is a good one.
That man has plenty flaws, as wel good features facially. like most men have plenty less features/flaws.
I feel his appeal with heavy stubble is very good, but without stubble he has a decent amount less appeal/attractiveness..

While clean shaven, I think he less appeal.

Peppermint oil (dilutes 5% range) helped for me best so far(Took about 2 weeks). To grow my weak facial hair, to better thickness

from a mice study.
saline (SA), jojoba oil (JO), 3% minoxidil (MXD), and 3% peppermint oil (PEO)

I know. when you can grow obviously.
Also great add, and can cover/mittigate flaws in lower 3rd well.
Most dudes have some flaws, or not ideal lower 3rd; with facial hair you can fraud.
