how can i get the best result out of a FUNCTIONAL TRIMAX

I’m based in the US, currently in the process of getting an insurance covered functional trimax for sleep apnea. I have a consult in two months with a surgeon, and he seems to be extremely skilled and well respected as an omfs, but I really would like advice on how to get the best aesthetic result out of this. How would you guys reccomend I communicate this to him without being straight up denied for sounding too blackpilled?

did you have the surgery done in the us covered by insurance? i’ll try to ask for more aggressive movements in a way that seems not too bped, i’ve heard of surgeons just flat out denying if they think you’re only in it for looks

im 18 and have little over $4000 to my name, this isn’t an option. i’ve posted my front/side in the replies if you have any other hardmax advice though i would appreciate it. but due to my circumstances, the jaw surgery will have to be covered by insurance. i shouldn’t have any issues with coverage, it’s just the results i’m concerned about

brother i’m not sure if you are aware, but if you get any movement that is deemed not functionally necessary, insurance won’t cover it. so if i paid for aesthetic planning, i would then have to pay for the aesthetic movements, which at that point would just be paying for the whole surgery, which in the US would run $50k+

Yes it was in the US and partially covered. My surgeon sees jaw surgery for aesthetics as a rational reason as well.

I would also get some sort of open rhinoplasty that a surgeon can combine with a lip lift at the same time
