Oils can do the trick like how castor oil enhances eye brow thickness and stuff but you just have to find the right ones for you, don’t always wash your hair with hot water strips away essential oils which will cause your hair and body tbf to over produce those oils, find good shampoo and conditioner to have your hair stay healthy and grow efficiently talk to your doctor as well, you don’t have to take the suggestions if it’s seems like they just dicking you or throwing shit out there but they are doctors so they probably know best tbf and just trial and error, key factor is say is to keep your hair healthy and monitor your growth rate
