its basically reducing the width of your mid mandible, to create a dolan twin like jaw, must be done with a good chin shape though and cut to not reduce gonions

my friend got this alongside a jaw implant with eppley can look good, but I don't like implant

Could i see some pics ? also is it possible to change the shape of the chin also why would you want to shorten the mid mandible you want to lower 1/3 rd of your face to be the tallest

That depends one what you are starting with.

Assuming you are already low bodyfat then...

If you have a good mandibular plane length and facial features which allow with little to no skeletal retrusion then a Thoughtfully designed custom implant will do.

A short U-shaped mandible will have to be lengthened from within... by BSSO (and if you have a good bite will need LeFort I upper jaw advancement too). Then surface re-contoured with a custom implant.

Successful Mandibular Enhancement requires you to think critically about many factors and select the right approach or combination from:

• BSSO
• Mandibular Body Shave (Rarely indicated in males, but most commonly in Asians)
• Gonial Angle Augmentation with lateral, posterior, or vertical augmentation and to what degree
• Linear or non-linear (concave) design implant
• Antegonial notch reduction or creation
• Chin Augmentation with Implant or genioplasty
• Complimentary Cheekbone enhancement to allow a harmonious jaw angle augmentation that looks natural
• Soft Tissue work like platysmaplasty, post-platysmal fat pad removal, lower face and neck lift.
