How can I get this permanently without hardmaxes (by now)?

I noticed my eye area goes from pure recession to good just by pulling the medial canthus down. I'm not DIYing a canthus cutting or getting surgery by now, just asking if there's something that I could do to mantain it this way, at least for a couple hours so I can fraud.
