Hi, I want to improve my personality.

left picture is without augmentation. Right is augmentated. What kind of operation do I need to get this result. Fillers, buccal fat removal, maybe bsso? Because I am recessed.

Looksmin? If I go lower in bf, the skin will still be puffy in the midface, is that recession or just shite bones?
