How can I get to sub 20% bf in 6 months

Rn I'm a chud over 28% bf

I already lost fat in the past but gained it back

Started diet a couple days ago eating 160g of protein and 1500 calories a day, my maint. should be around 2400 or smth

Any tips to lose fat? Been hitting the gym 6x a week push pull legs but not having peptides or anything

Regarding the calories, since im eating enough protein already shouldnt I stay at this number? Or do you think Im at risk of muscle loss

Definitely at risk of muscle loss, especially cos ur natty

U will easily get to 20% in 6 months by just doing what I said above (y)

just eat less if ur such a fatass you cant control ur slop addiction then take a glp1

Up your calories, if your maintenance is 2400, eat 2000.

Then add to your routine:
Incline Treadmill at 3.5 pace with MAX Incline
OR
Stair Master

Do either of those until you hit 200 cals burned, and you'll shred quick

Im doing 3kmh speed and 15% incline at the gym rn

Im doing 3kmh speed and 15% incline at the gym rn

Yeah bro, it mogs.

Also, make sure u hit 10k steps daily as a non-negotiable. That doesn't include cardio, cardio is separate from steps.

That protocol got me this result in 16 weeks
