I brush twice daily and I’ve tried different toothpastes with no success and I’ve had two cavities my whole life and my teeth are still yellow and whitening strips are only temporary I don’t know what else would work any help?

i use whitening strips whenever my teeth get yellow, after that i do once a week and they look pretty white
