you're underweight and it's still there? I may just do aqualyx tbh, face fat is VERY stubborn, BUT you should know that Aqualyx isn't usually used for buccal fat because it's distinct from regular fat, so I may just save up for the surgery at this point

Ratios would prove you do, anyone can say "I have the necessary bones" if they have some hollows. However getting to look like richard ramirez would require structural and soft tissue genetics which are quite rare to see.

When I say I have the necessary bone structure, I mean I don't have a recessed profile and my cheekbones and jaw are sufficiently developed and wide, with good forward and lateral projection; as I’ve already mentioned, I already have hollows—I just want to try to enhance them.
