I can easily fraud 5'11 with shoes but if I try to push it 6'0 I get called out by a guy that's actually 6' every time

Sleep + Vitamins + Jumps + high protein diet+ Exercising… you should be able to get 1-2 inches more by 20.. and then from 5’11-6’0 jist fraud to 6’1-6’3
