Your first step should be talking to your parents and convincing them to take you to your family doctor and checking out your hormonal levels. If your parents are very short, you might need to get into growth hormone therapy (your doctor should explain what that is) but if your parents are tall, just eat right and sleep 8h+ daily you'll naturally grow tall

btw you shouldnt eat after 2 hours before you go to sleep for example lets say you go to sleep at 10:00 pm you shouldnt eat or drink anything after 8:00 pm
do this so while you sleep your body can focus on test production and other shit
also eat before 2 hours after waking up, one time I didnt eat in the morning I felt like my bones were gonna crumble I couldnt even do 20 pushups and I usually do 40-45
