Im planning to get bone age scan im almost 16 and 170cm my dad is 178 my mom 153 i wanna know how many inches i got left before my plates fully close. i gained 3cm in 5 months what do u recommend i wanna hear u guys opinion

you might be starting to have slown down growth because ofc puberty is ending, the best thing you can do for now is get 9-10 hours of sleep consistently at the same hours of waking up and going to sleep, getting enough dairy and protein, and just keeping a clear mind. i really dont recommend any peds at your age even though people glorify it, its up to you really. you might have also already hit the genetic ceiling

you can js go to the ER and say you tripped doing a sport and your hand hurts and it has a pulsating pain that hurts real bad and ask for xray and ur insurance might cover it too
