i would consider those big/medium curly. an expensive perm would probably be the best option to get hair similar to that. to make it wavy use seen curly cream, any curly product from olvaplex might help. sea salt spray will add texture. after getting the perm make sure you use conditioner at least every other day + hair mask once a week to make sure it looks natural and good. a light hold gel or jelly could add a little hold which will lead to more volume as the roots will be a little stickier and your hair won’t just fall down.
