How can I have small wrists and above average ankles?

My wrists are just above 6.5 inches, while my ankles sit around 9.3inches measured at the smallest part at 15% bf

From what ive read average wrist is about is about 7.25 inches and average ankle 8.75 inches

What does this say about my frame? Is it genetics or just because I walk a lot?

You have slightly below average wrist while I have bottom 1% of all male wrists. It's a minor failo for you but I literally look like a skeleton with mine.
