I’m 5’7 nearly 14 but I’m in puberty i hit when I just before I turned 13 nearly a year ago and my puberty has either been rapid deep voice leg hair foot hair but no happy trail and armpit hair only came a month ago maybe but not done growing how could I prolong my puberty and see 5’10 plus

You can’t really control or “extend” puberty, it mostly comes down to genetics. But you’re still young, so you’ve probably got more growth left. At your age and already 5’7, hitting 5’10+ is definitely possible. The best thing you can do is just support your growth by getting good sleep (8–10 hours), eating enough (especially protein and calcium), and also staying active. Everyone develops at different speeds, so don’t stress about things like your body hair timing.

Literally no point in taking GH at 13 years old. Risk of hormone imbalance, Blood sugar problems, as well as joint and bone complications. Not to mention he is already 80th–85th percentile for his age. (taller than 80-85% of kids his age)

Yes I am tall but where I live almost everyone is taller than me in my age group and I have feel like my growth has slowed
