He’s soon to turn 14, a little over 5’8, around 150 pounds, 22 percent bf.
He has no money for supplement, can’t go to the gym, and always has cravings.(can at least cook for himself, but restricted because he can’t buy the food he wants.)
I might be biased because he's my friend, but I feel like he has some potential. Pretty good bone mass (relative to kids our age).
Anyhow, doesn’t matter, the point is I wanna get him ripped, or at least to get down to 17 percent bf over a month or two.
Any advice?( foods to eat, workouts to do, how to keep up with his diet)
Thanks.
