How can I hide my short ramus and high gonial angular

I have a very very short ramus (it is probably the shortest ramus u r going too see in your life). And also a super high gonial angle. How can I hide it? (Obviously I don’t wanna use a face mask)

let your hair grow to hide it tbh, your maxila is also very recessed, idk what you can do about it yet, i think mine is too but not too much as yours. sorry for my bad english sir im from india ok. i recommend you to save money for maxila surgery in turkey
