How can I hide the injuries that bonesmashing leaves?

I had to stop doing it because once I had gotten into a certain routine and was starting to see even minimal progress, my aunt found out that I was all injured. I managed to get away with it with a stupid excuse. I want to keep doing it, but I need to hide it from my parents.
