I have burned it twice (the last time was 7 months ago) but it grows back, I was born with it.

No, it's not a herpes, it's a fibrovascular polyp, if I do a complete extraction I can end up with a concavity I think.

Is there any lipstick that doesn't make me look like a fagot?

maybe surgery??

Surgery boyo or concealer

I guess I have to go to a plastic surgeon, the first time I went to a dermatologist,
the second time to a cosmetic with an internist doctor, they just cut and burned.

Currently in profile it does not protrude from the lip
What did the derm say?

im in similar situation. i used a mole tag removal and got the damn skin elevated into a bump so im gonna need to get that crap burnt off or something.

In 2018 i went to an old lady dermatologist, she said it was a common wart, she cut and burned the same day I went, she sent my "wart" to do a biopsy, the result was "fibrovascular polyp", she saw it and told me everything was fine. This grows very slowly, so I thought that what I was starting to see after a year was simply the scar, I exfoliated it and that way it didn't stand out from the lip until 7 months ago I burned it again with another doctor. Some tell me that a deep extraction is the right thing to do, although there is a risk that I will have a concavity in my lip, so the cure would be worse than the disease.

removal by cryogenization would be a good solution, burning it is cheap but it will leave a scar, I'm very unlucky that my polyp looks like herpes, although no girl has ever mentioned it, I know it's disgusting

better have a small scar than elevated bump on my lip tbh.

doesnt look like a fibrovascular polyp but i couild be wrong it looks very underdeveloped
better to get it removed now and if u end up with a concavity get skin grafts for it regardless theres a lot of surgeons that know how to prevent concavities with them
