How can I HighMax at 16 (no peptides)

Am 16, ~170cm (5’57) my dad ~175 (5’74) and my mom ~163cm (5’34). How can I highmax (without peptides) and could I reach 180cm (5’9)?

I actually have EXACT same situation, like everything is absolutely exactly same, but my puberty just started and I grew 13cm this year, I'm predicted to be 180, and you can be too, you need to tell me are you a late bloomer or when did your puberty start

You cant without peptides or roids. Most you can do is pray to gandy and hope puberty spikes you

To be honest I don’t know when my puberty started but from age ~12 to 13 I grow almost 15 cm

Is it possible that I can get like a 2nd like grow of 10-15cm?
Ofc it is "possible" happened to me like in 2023 gained 8cm then 2024 4cm and now 13cm but idk about "10-15cm" In one year but long term you'll probably reach 180cm

Basic supplements, All those fucksss vitamins, magnesium's and shit, sleep 9fucking hours, eat a lot, don't ever fucking workout, just have an active life, eat good shit like meat drink milk and shit, keep low bf, basically be a healthy motherfucker but that will give you like 2-3cm

Why shouldn’t I workout?
 
Your mom is 163 your dad 175 pray to gandy you even reach 173
