I have got really bad forward head posture so I am working on improving that. Additionally I am also taking supplements as: Vitamin D3+K2, magnesium glycinate, boron and creatine. I go to the gym 4 times a week and I have started sprinting twice a week.

I would like to know what else I can do to improve and also if thumbpulling works or is cope.
 
Broootal midface ratio.
 
cant tell if lens distortion is nerfing your midface or you just look like that
i'd say debloat, youre already maxxed in most areas and fix eyebags
 
Thumpulling and other bullshit like bonemashing is cope and doesn't work. Your nose is pretty big maybe get rhino if you wanna hardmaxx. Other than that you are good

try taking a picture without lens distortion u can by using a filter on ig, then send the image so i can help u

Would taking a picture of myself in the mirror do the same thing?

It's probably long but the selfie cam will make it look a little worse, I have a similar mid face to him
