i know my jaw is so cooked but how can i improve (other than dieting because i’m fat as fuck)

6ft 87kg

sidenote: when i try to lose bf% i end up losing muscle as well which makes my work 10x harder; how can i minimise muscle loss whilst keeping bf down?

Rope so you dont have to experience the brutality of being alone your teenage years having all of that robbed from you imagine seeing others slaying making out by the lockers or some guy slapping his gfs ass in school youre gonna feel like absolute shit and by the time you surgerymaxx its gonna be too late only 15% of girls are virgins at 19 and what % of them arent ran thru and actually attractive? like 3% lmfao

grow out your hair, slim your nose a bit, hop on a ped, and then surgerymax once 18

Eat at a 500-700 kcal deficit

Eat 0.7g of protein/lb of BW

Walk more (Walking promotes fat oxidation)

Eat Whole Foods
