I just want to know how I can maximize my routine to it's fullest, I'm mostly focused on getting leaner so here's what I did today and please tell me what I can do to improve my routine.
Meals:
Breakfast: 3 Eggs with a few small pieces of sausage and 1.5 mugs of milk as well as a banana and apple. I also took K3, Omega-3, and this other all vitamins thing
Snack: Had another banana
Lunch: I had chicken noodle soup, I usually ask my mom to add a lot more chicken and it's less broth and mostly protein with some carbs.
Late Snack: Had another banana
Workouts:
Steps: I got 14,000 steps in today, my goal is to hit 15,000 everyday but today was a colder day so I couldn't cuz I'm lowkey a bitch
Weight Lifting: I usually workout 4 times a week, and today I hit back and bicep as well as some daily core exercises.
Chin Tucks: Idk if this counts as workouts but I did some chin tucks today as well as some neck curls.
So yeah lmk what I can improve on and what I can maybe add or reduce so plz help me any tips help
