but heres your advice, grow ur hair out on the sides it will look much better. skinmax and gymmax.

other than that theres not much you can do non surgically unless you want me to give you those options.

your biggest flaw atm is your lips, i would suggest filler and widening surgery. you could also consider a rhinoplasty but is not necessary, other than that you are fine.
