How can I improve at storytelling?

I notice from NT people that they can recall and tell stories and keep you interested fairly easily. I struggle with sharing for some reason like I can’t think of anything this is only happening with new friends and acquaintances I’ve made old friends I have no problem. I also struggle with holding conversation fucking damn it I wish I was nt I’d be happy and would have no problem

Some tips

1) Dont offend anyone. It's the main thing. If you're chad, you may get free pass on gender jokes like " women can't drive" or something like that.
2) Be natural. Come up with stories that are relevant to the situation. Like " oh this reminds me of something happened to me few years ago"
3) read stories and memorize it. Pua people refer to this as " canned material". Just know some basic tropes and develop it with your current situation of they're not true. If they're not true, be careful that they may spot if it's a larp
4) Body language and Voice modulation is really important. Practise good posture and relaxed body language, be expressive. Look up in YouTube

I’ve been doing this at times talking feels easy and it flows lately it feels forceful idk what it is it’s definitely me. Everyone else it seems like they get along so easily with others even tho I am better looking, and taller.
I never was natural at this I also get anxiety that makes me twitchy and fidgety fml

I’m gonna try this bro. When talking to nt’s I notice they usually just bring sht up that relates to the area or things going on yet I have to try so hard I gotta improve at this it’s so important. I also notice normies at times lie to appear more relatable or liked how do they feel comfortable doing this?

Legit thanks I’m gonna learn some stories or think of some of my own experiences and try and remember them so I can bring them up when applicable. I for sure have to work on my voice modulation as my voice is deep and I come across unenthusiastic at times even tho I’ll be interested
