Post a pic of you’re pallet, if it’s giga narrow you will ascend very hard.

I’ve seen it help bad Esr and fwhr

You 100% need expansion I doubt you can even fit you’re tongue on the roof of you’re mouth.

At 17 this may be one of the last opportunities to correct it with a palate expander alone. As you get older the bones in the upper jaw fuse more completel, which can make expansion more difficult
