Trying to maximize my coloring. Found that the top supplements for my intended look are beta carotene, astaxanthin, and lycopene. I also read that bf% affects the supplements effect on your skin: High bf% = less visibility in skin; low bf% = More visibility in skin. If I'm sitting at about 11% bf how many mg of each supplement should I be consuming daily? Also should I be consuming them more than once a day, or is that something I will have to experiment with?
