I think you should focus on your lower third. Get colored contacts if eyes bother you so much

Perhaps a little GHK-Cu & Volufilline under the eyes, also curl lashes & use kohl but not too much otherwise you will look homo. You could also add volufilline & hex 38 to your eye hoods to decrease upper eyelid show.

I don’t think your eye area sucks. Curl the lashes, and on the sides curl them outwards(like to the side) so it looks like you have more pfl.
