How can I improve eye area

Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the fuck is wrong with my eye area and how i can ascend if possible from softmaxxing, aswell as listing any hardmaxes I can do.

Picture shows just slightly squinting with no eyebrow dye or eyelash, and video shows the best i could do with the information that I knew, its just brutal man.
