I am 15 years old, started puberty probably like one year ago. (Late bloomer) I have a pretty recessed maxilla and bad eye area. I have almost no bonesđź«©
I am 172cm tall. My mom is 175 and dad is 183. I was pretty manlourished up untill now. Now i am eating raw meat, organs, raw diary, fruits, etc.

I was wondering what could i do right now that would improve my face that wouldn’t be cope. I am working on my posture and thinking of going to the gym to maybe train my skinny aah neck. I don’t know if these tik tok techniques like-“chin tucks”, “thumb pulling”, “jutting” and others work, so let me know.

For the context, i have already had my braces removed and i am now wearing a retainer. I feel like my pallate is pretty narrow, because only like 6 teeth show when smiling. If i really try hard enough, maybe 8. I feel like 10 would be ideal, so i am going to try get a some kind of marpe device from my ortho for free so i can improve my breathing along with expanding my pallate if possible.

I was looking at peptides, but many people are saying that they are ineffective.

Yeah thats the thing, i already use products. I use clay and salt spray. I have tried texture powder, but it works only for like 3 hours
 
Hear me out. Invest in maxilla trainings. If u need some reference there's a yt channel called like "ancender" or sum but there's many vids on it to. Also look up some upper third shipping vids I think thoes exist. Yeah do neck training with a spot to maximize form and minimize injuries and start mewing I can see your face is starting to form down and back. Do these for a couple years and you could deff acend

If you’re real desperate you could try a light hairspray but it can give an unnatural look depending on your hair style.

Build muscle, especially at only 15 having higher test, and a more muscular frame can even build your skeleton potentially until your plates are fused, genuinely lock in on the gym and that might save you

i see asymmetry so start chewing on your weaker side, raw food is tiktok cope, dont be a dumbass and get a parasite/worm thatll cook ur growth. Ull prolly grow to be 6'3 or 6'2 at least after puberty. Maybe even 6'4 if u regularly exercise and eat clean

try increasing your dimo as much as you can, if i saw you on the street I would've thought you were a girl

forget peptides for now, your pallate is very narrow and widening it would be one of the best things you could do

seem like you're on a good path js stick to what you're doing, it's hard but you gotta stay consistent

yes dumbass, jaw asymmetry usually comes from people chewing more on a certain side. Therefore causing the masseter muscle on that side to be more developed. U can fix this by regularly chewing on your weaker side
