So I think I have a pretty decent base but my forword growth is kinda cooked How Can I improve it without any dumb cope Methods and is it how Bad I think

honestly not bad, u already have a good side profile.
i think the only ways to improve forward growth are by pinning or hardmaxx, I wouldn't know which ones tho it's not really my expertise. what's for sure is that the tiktok looksmaxes like chin tucks won't help you with that

Chin and maxilla are recessed, cant do shit bout that without hardmaxxing tho so focus on what you can change
