how can I improve my acne and skin quality?

I've had acne on my skin since I was 11 and I'm 15 turning 16, I get it all around my mouth on either side especially. I also get it on my chest. I've had different skin care but right now I use firstly CeraVe blemish control cleanser then a adapalene / benzol peroxide gel and finally CeraVe moisturising lotion.
is there anything I could replace or add to improve my skin quality and acne? asking here in hope of more unbias advice and not getting ads shoved at me.
I've fixed my diet and that didn't seem to help much.

Photos kinda distorted bc i used an old phone front camera. At least I hope its distorted.

ime trying to get it but my dermatologist is gatekeeping, but he did say if i dont see results in 3 months he will re evaluate.c its weird bc its more contolled in my country.

cerave isnt good, go get the ordinary acne set, make sure you mousturize, and eat healthy and be healthy in general, acne is genetics though.

by the ordinary acne set its a brand called "the ordinary" and they sell a 10 dollar high quality skincare set. you can find it on amazon tho

if you really can't get it , i'm not sure but i would look into tretinoin cream then
