I want some tips on how to improve my appearance.

Please give me tips on how I can change my appearance naturally, without surgery.

Please be patient with me and don't be racist or speak hatefully towards me; I want to learn and improve my appearance. Don't use too many technical terms from Lookmaxxing, I'm just starting out, even though I've only vaguely known the community since 2023.

What I've already done or started doing in the last 2 months:

- Gym (I started 2 months ago, I'm still in the process, but my arms and posture are what have improved the fastest, I'm trying to add shoulder and neck training). I do chin tucks, inverted crucifixes, machine shoulder presses, and lateral raises for my shoulders and neck. In addition to rows (high and machine) for my back. They told me I had to focus on that to look bigger. I want a guy who's younger than me and goes to my gym; his muscles make him look bigger, even though he's short, especially because he has broad shoulders.

- Food: I cut back a lot on sugar and unhealthy food. My diet isn't perfect because I face financial challenges. However, I started eating a lot of fruit, more vegetables, eggs, beans, and chicken as a protein source to help me grow at the gym. I also started drinking more water. And every now and then I drink coconut water when my mother can afford to buy it. I also eat peanut butter and oatmeal in my food. And like lots of bananas, which are high in potassium. The best food of the day to burn calories is from school. Here in Brazil, the school food is as healthy as real food. They usually serve sweet potatoes, salads, potatoes, meats, chicken, lots of beans, eggs, which already helps me to be honest. OBS: I also cut back on salt a little, but not completely, because unconsciously I must be consuming it. But consciously, I stopped consuming processed foods, and things are much better now, even if it seems like a small difference. I used to eat a lot of sweet biscuits, bread, chocolate milk, and frozen supermarket hamburgers. Then I changed my habits and improved.

- Posture: I'm forcing myself to straighten my posture (although it's become natural because of the gym), even though I still have mild scoliosis, but I'm in the process. I love using the lower back machine at the gym because I feel my posture improves 100%.

- Mewing and Chewing: I've been doing mewing since 2023 when it started gaining traction with lookmaxxing on my fyp. But I always gave up halfway through the process. Now I spend a large part of the day mewing. As for chewing, I've only recently started to chew better when I use my tongue to push the food down. I started chewing on both sides because my face is asymmetrical. Unfortunately, sleeping on my back is still a challenge; I'm torn between prioritizing my sleep or trying to sleep on my back, and I usually sleep on my side, leaving my face asymmetrical. In addition, of course, to the old habit of eating by chewing excessively on one dominant side.

- Skincare: Due to financial limitations, I can only afford basic products like sunscreen, facial moisturizer, and cleansing gel, but I feel like something is missing, even with all the habits I've mentioned so far. I still have a lot to improve, so I urgently need tips to improve my skin and facial features.

- Hairstyle and eyebrows: I still haven't found a haircut that suits my bone structure. And my eyebrows need to get thicker because they're thin. They were fine before, but I messed them up trying to remove the excess hair myself. I was told that the best haircuts were a taper fade and a mullet, but I feel like the mullet erases my jawline. If I let my hair grow too long, it hides my eyebrows and my eyes. If I cut my hair too short on my forehead, it makes my forehead look bigger and my dark circles stand out too much. (I believe my dark circles are due to screen time, but also genetics.)

- My fashion style: When I finish my studies I'll start working and be able to buy more clothes. I like the swag style or 2000s fashion (lately my source of inspiration has been K-Pop, 2000s, Korean street wear Y2K, K-Pop even helps me overcome my anxious social fears with lyrics that speak of courage.). I confess that I like different and unique pieces, maybe that's too feminine, but I like a teenage vibe, but I confess that I want to change my appearance to look more masculine. But it would be funny when I get muscles and still be myself while liking feminine things, because I prefer to think that I can use masculine and feminine references to my advantage. Instead of focusing on my feminine side, I really want to work on my masculinity, so I want to have a broad neck and train my back and shoulders to create a more masculine look. But I also think my feminine side is strong. And I accept my flaws, striving to maximize them. I think I see lookmaxxing as this: taking advantage of the potential wasted by bad habits and creating good appearance habits to overcome all of that.

I might have strayed a bit from the topic, but I hope you can help me. Please don't judge me based on my personality if you have different opinions or styles. I respect everyone, and if you want to give me tips and show me more references about aesthetics in general, I accept them. I want to be the most open person to change and become a better version of myself and continue being who I am, but better and more maximized than yesterday.

I forgot to add: give me tips on how to improve the eye area, especially dark circles.

Also, how to stop tensing your face and expressions due to insecurity or fear. I get too stressed and I can't relax my face or smile with my eyes or mouth; I usually have a bad habit of smiling downwards.

I'm kind of short, 1.74m, I don't know if I'll grow any taller, because I already had my growth spurt during puberty.

I think that's it.

bro stop with the copes :lul::lul:, dont waste your money on clothes, clothes/fashion is not going to increase your attractiveness bro. Mewing is cope aint gonna change your face after puberty. Mewing is just PROPER tongue posture. Like bro, you mention how you don't wanna get surgery and I assume u wouldn't wanna use pharmaceuticals so the shit you are doing won't have a significant effect.

I think I misinterpreted it. I meant that I do want to buy better clothes to have a better style, but my goal is to maintain good habits and invest in mental and physical health and beauty. And I think mewing does work, because even if it doesn't change my face, it technically helps in photos and also helps me breathe through my nose, which is healthier for my appearance. Furthermore, for me, mastering my own body's musculature is important for understanding everything. Furthermore, clothes are about style and authenticity, even if they don't make me the "true Adam" that I'm far from being, they help me express myself. And I've also noticed each week, with the new habits and chin tucks, that the double chin on my chin has been gradually decreasing.
