I think u should still take accutane cuz it also help post acne scars, and also micro needling help a lot for scars, and yea ur very inflamed idk if it’s fat tho

I went to a dermatologist and I drank acnecutane for 10 months and reached the maximum dose. now I apply the cream at night. If I had been drinking ankecutane for more than 10 months, my skin on my hands would be very dry. and about the swelling. I think this is the teenage period when I grow up, my face will form and there it will be possible to judge whether there are swellings or not.

You could also try to make your nose appear smaller, do some research about hydrocortisone and other stuff, nice base tho
