How can i improve my current split no fbeod

I like running UL/PPL
I structure my week as

M upper
T lower
W rest
TH upper
F push
S pull
S rest

How can i improve this split as of recent ive been hitting push on wednesday or an arm day i want to go 6x a week without being fatigued heavily, what do you guys reccomend is there a better split? no fbeod i like hitting the gym consistently in a row it makes me feel like i acheived something for the day.

Dont focus on your split focus on intensity consistency Diet and stack
