I turned 14 recently and I'm aiming to be an Olympic athlete when I'm older.
I want the very best diet to optimize my hormones/puberty, height, looks, and overall growth and health so I can achieve my goal.

This is what I have;

Breakfast: 200ml of milk (Full fat, Calcium, Protein) which I chug and 500ml of cold water with usually 17 cashews (for Zinc & Protein)
Milk is always in a glass, the cold water is unfortunately in a bottle, and throughout the day I drink more water eventually amounting to 2L

Lunch: usually carbs + protein
For example salmon and rice, a chicken burger, chicken and fries, chicken and rice.

Dinner: the same kind of thing as lunch, but not the exact same meal
Lunch & Dinner is cooked in a healthy olive oil.

Your diet is already pretty good just implement more red meats and more milk in the morning
Mark as solution on right

Yeah, you need at least 1,000 mg/day. Just eat some hard cheese or drink more milk
Got it, thanks. The thing is i live with 4 other people (2 other kids, 2 adults) and we make 105k (british pounds) a year so we are above average but, not rich enough to just supply a fuck ton of milk like that.
Can't really afford that much milk, so i might look at hard cheese. Thanks boss.

Usually, 100g of hard cheese equals 1g of calcium. I don't know the price where you live, but it should be affordable. At most, just find some small job to do after school, so you can pay for your things.

its not even horrible, drink more milk, add more red meats, get some healthy fats like raw butter and also stay away from RO water it is dead and stripping you of electrolytes and if it isn't RO you are still getting microplastics, id get hydration from blood, milk and fruit also add in some organs like beef liver/heart. You are deficient in calcium though drink more milk or other dairy products.

Raw milk and dairy instead (especially colostrum if you can find it)

Carbs do nothing for health you get proportionate glucose via gluconeogenesis

Red/ruminant meats, wild game when you can, and seafood is great. With lots of fat and eat organs you don’t need much

Olive oil really isn’t health

Stop measuring your meals like 200ml and all, eat to your satisfaction

Seasonal fruits in proportionate natural amounts if you want don’t go overboard
