I want to improve my diet, but I don't know how to start, how can I cut off processed foods and eat only good things? I go to the gym and im 17, 180cm and I would like to debloat seriously, improve my gut health and bone mass, energy ecc.

please give me tips and advice

Take the primal diet pill.

What's so complicated about eating good? 😭😭. Use potassium citrate to debloat, anti oxidants for low inflammation. For gut health you can use probiotics and fiber supplements. I doubt you would gain bone mass at 17 but try to get calcium, D3 and K2

where can I find all of these?

Amazon or local pharmacy. At least that's where I source them from, for more serious medications I use indiamart but all of the supplements I mentioned do not require prescription so you are chill

Diet is major, dont listen to people saying otherwise

Realistically you probably don't have complete control of your diet.
I personally looked to what i could control, eating 5-6 eggs for breakfast, cheese, butter, eating meat at every opportunity, no leafy greens, getting carbs from root vegetables and fruit

I also supplement d3+k2, magnesium glycinate, zinc+copper biglycinate

minimally, get the best quality you can
e.g:
Unpasturised butter
grass fed butter
non-grass fed butter
then if you cant even get that its over

butter is the most optimal fat source because even grain fed cows produce low linoleic acid content products (similar with cheese)
