How can i improve my eye area? (6'2 unfrauded) 15 yrs

I think my eye area holds me back from being CL, is there any softmaxxing i could do to stop the hooding? I read here that you can squint but i don't know if i'm doing it right

I also have a positive canthal tilt if i lift up my eyelid, just to clarify it's not totally over
