My eyebrow sits lower on the right side and makes my eye appear to be more closed.
Is this brow ptosis and what can be done about it?

Thank you, I guess. Any ideas on how to improve or correct my eye issue? Upper bleph, brow lift, botox,...?
Brow lift is your best bet but the orbitals themselves are asymmetrical. It isn't just the brow. You can always try botox first then wait a few weeks and measure MRD1.

could do threading, it would pull your eyebrow into the ideal position but is temporary, Id say to try minoxidil to see if you can grow more hairs in the area to then reshape them through plucking or shaving. I went the minoxidil route and worked well for me you can also use a derma stamp to make the minoxidil more effective.

This should make my brows and lashes darker and denser and enable me to shape/curl them more favourably. Thanks for your advice.

Yeah, I'll try to softmaxx first. I have a connective tissue disorder which probably doesn't make me a good canditate anyway.

Doubt you'll be able to do much if you can't get a brow lift. Try lifting your brow to the same height with your finger and see if the eye looks a tad more symmetrical itself.

Indeed, this makes it look more symmetrical. I'll consult an oculoplastic surgeon to see what can be done. And try botox brow lift in the meantime. Thanks for your advice.
