you have nice eyebrows try latissee on your eyelashes and minox on brows to increase contrast. a tan would also make your eyes pop more

in terms of tips, look at the sun, not straight to keep ur eye squinting, ive done this for around 5 months and it kind of ascended my eye area but do the things that 100% work first like eyebrows and lashes and contacts maybe if you want

Sure, but your length to width ratio may be off. Do you ever consider getting a wider jaw and midface:V? I think you should focus on these features before going for your eyes as they aint that bad bro
