dye your eyebrows to a darker tone (obvs not like jet black i assume you have brown hair also)

Minoxidil for brows and lashes, cafine eye serum for undereyes try some massages or train the musles around the eye you could curl your lashes and put some vaseline on them if you want and dye them black since your hair looks dark
