uneven eyelids ,i have that problem with them,but i focus more on others so they cant see my eylid out

And about the eye asymmetry, I have that too. It's commonly because the eye that's more opened is the eye that you use more for expressions. eg. raising that eyebrow, winking, as such. Not too many super easy things you can do to fix it. Some people think wearing an eye patch over the bigger eye will help.

You need to lose face fat; your nasolabial fat pads are contrasted with your hollow under eyes which I would fix with low strength retinoids, hydration, and possibly filler
