How can I improve my eye area

Guys, because of how sunken my eyes are and the eye bags I look like a zombie, like honestly what could be the rating of this eye area ? And how can I improve it? Are there soft maxxes I can do to fix my eye area? if you have any results by doing those things please share your improvement pics aswell

I have very inconsistent sleep schedule like some days I sleep 2-3 hours some days 7-8 and I usually feel more rested when I sleep for shorter periods
